Sabrina, attorney-at-law since 2004, deals with commercial law, industrial and intellectual property law.
She has been working for 17 years in one of the leading Italian Law firm in the sector, giving legal assistance, in both extrajudicial and judicial matters, consolidating her skills and experience in the IP sector.
Sabrina mainly deals with civil, national and international litigation, having gained particular experience in copyright, patent, trademark and unfair competition law. She can assist clients before the Specialized Company Court throughout the national territory, activating, where necessary, urgency procedures. She assists clients before the Court of the European Union and the Italian Supreme Court for the protection of industrial property rights, obtaining favorable decisions which still constitute a reference in the matter.
She also provides assistance in the field of contractual and strategic consultancy in operations related to intellectual property, for Italian and foreign companies, for which she takes care of the IP portfolio.
Elisabetta Pepe

Elisabetta, attorney-at-law since 2014, has always dealt with industrial and intellectual property law.
After a training internship period at the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Division of the IPTO she has deepened and perfected her knowledge of the subject at leading trademarks and patent consultancy firms, covering the role of head of the Legal Department in recent years.
Elisabetta deals with strategic consultancy in operations related to national and international intellectual property rights: from the evaluation of the best protection, to contracts up to out-of-court negotiations. Over the years she has gained extensive experience in proceedings before the E.U.I.P.O. (European Union Office for Intellectual Property) and I.P.T.O. (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) regarding the protection of trademarks, designs, models and in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. She has also obtained favorable decisions on the repossession of domain names before NIC.IT and ICANN.
She is C.T.U. (technical consultant) at the Court of Rome in counterfeiting matters and has participated in the drafting of important due diligences for the valorization of IP intangible assets.
